CS Bonus Calculator

This calculator gives an estimate, not a guaranteed payout. Final payout depends on approved monthly campaign profit, bonus eligibility, final rank, tracking/reporting corrections, partner deductions or clawbacks, company health, and final internal review. The bonus system can be changed, paused, or adjusted if the business changes, profit quality is weak, costs increase, or the structure is no longer healthy for the company. Bonus-pool eligibility is earned through repeatable value, useful output, improving creative judgment, reliability, team fit, and the ability to reach around $10,000 approved campaign profit in a month. One lucky campaign is not enough. All final numbers are double-checked before payment because F5point, partner reports, and campaign data can contain bugs or late changes.
