Final payout depends on approved monthly campaign profit, bonus eligibility, final rank, partner deductions or clawbacks, tracking/reporting corrections, and final internal review. Junior CS can become eligible for the bonus pool after showing they can reach around €10,000 approved campaign profit in a month and add value consistently. One lucky campaign is not enough by itself. We look for repeatable potential, useful output, improving creative judgment, reliability, team fit, and clear added value. F5point, partner reporting, or campaign data can contain bugs or late changes, so the final number must always be double-checked before payment.
